1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Websites can also use similar technologies such as local storage. Some are necessary for a service to operate, while others are optional and may be used for analytics or measurement.
2. Necessary storage
We use local browser storage to remember your privacy preference. This is necessary so that we do not repeatedly ask you for the same choice on every page. It does not create an advertising profile.
3. Optional analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, the site may load Google Tag Manager and analytics tags configured within that container. These technologies can help us understand visits, traffic sources, page usage and successful enquiry submissions so we can improve the website.
Optional analytics are not loaded before you actively choose to allow them. If you reject non-essential technologies, the website remains available and the enquiry form continues to work.
4. Your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics when the cookie notice appears. You can change your preference later by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer or on this page.
5. Third-party services
When analytics are enabled, Google Tag Manager may load tags from Google or other analytics services configured by Souto Systems. Those services may process device and usage information according to their own privacy terms. Operational providers such as Vercel and Supabase may also process technical request information required to host, secure and deliver the service.
6. How long preferences are kept
Your cookie preference is stored in your browser until you clear site data or change the preference. Individual analytics technologies may have their own retention periods, which are governed by their configuration and provider settings.
7. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies or similar technologies, contact hello@soutosystems.com. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
